Pre-Construction
During the pre-construction phase we will help you to define and clarify the details of your project and make sure that your budget matches the scope of your job. We will also help coordinate the permit process with the local building officials and the design professionals that may be involved i.e. architect, interior designer and landscape designers. We also work with supplier and sub-contractors if anything needs to be preordered to ensure success during the construction phase.

This approach ensures that your custom home or your commercial property is a prefect blend of price, craftsmanship, function and quality.
Design Build
Design build is a combination of the design, permit, and construction schedules in order to streamline the building process. Harvest Construction will strive to bring together design and construction professionals so that we can complete these tasks in an overlapping fashion. We use this process to coordinate cost saving ideas and changes throughout your project.
Construction
This phase implements our knowledge of the industry and puts into action all of the gathered project specifications during the pre-construction phase in order to complete your building.
Safety
In our constantly changing work environment it is extremely important that safety be a priority. Harvest Construction holds weekly tailgate safety meetings and monthly safety breakfast to discuss safe job site practices. We also encourage our employees to make us aware of any unsafe situations and provide a solution to make the work place safer for everyone.
Our Warranty
Harvest Construction offers a one year warranty from the completion of your project, if anything was not finished correctly as per plan we will correct it free of charge. As a complimentary gesture we offer you a carpenter for a day, 8 hours to do anything you need done. Hang a picture, move that heavy furniture, anything we can do to help you make your project complete.
